Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. in Paramus, NJ is seeking a Part Time Seasonal Service Team Member to assist customers, manage stock, and operate the checkout with proper cash handling. You will also help with truck unloading, stocking, and framing-related tasks to keep the store well-merchandised and in stock.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and perform repeated motions.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop and find products.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience and handle cash to standards.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, planograms, and store recovery.
• Support Omni channel processes (BOPIS/SFS) and promotions enrollment.
• Participate in (SISO) and AD set duties and maintain safety compliance.
