The Michaels Companies in Selinsgrove, PA seeks a Part-time Sales Manager to lead a high-performing selling culture and drive store KPIs. You will oversee front-end operations, customer experience, and day-to-day execution with a focus on sales and service excellence.

You will provide MOD coverage, coach staff, and ensure efficient POS usage while aligning with brand standards and store policies. This role supports diverse departments and omni-channel services in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and ensure SOPs and company programs are followed.
• Model customer experience and selling behaviors to drive conversions.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership and operations.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout transactions for smooth service.
• Manage in-store programs/events (balloons, knit & sew shop, framing as applicable).
• Drive omni-channel services like BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Train, coach and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing development.
• Support asset protection to reduce shrink and ensure safety.
