Job summary

Michaels Florence, SC seeks a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing selling culture and champion brand standards across front-end and service operations. You will coach teams to deliver an engaging customer experience while driving sales results and operational excellence.

In this role you’ll supervise daily store activities, support loyalty program enrollment, and oversee events and programs. The position requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and early mornings as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.
• Experience driving customer experience and KPIs.
• Proven coaching and development of team members.
• Familiarity with POS and Self-Checkout operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure adherence to policies and store conditions.
• Coach customer experience and selling behaviors to boost conversion.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Oversee store programs like balloons, loyalty, and Knit & Sew Shop.
• Drive omni-channel services including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Train and develop team members across departments.
