Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Part Time Sales Manager at CHI-OSWEGO, IL to lead a high-performing selling culture across the store, oversee front-end and service operations, and ensure brand standards and operational execution.

You will coach team members, drive KPIs, support omnichannel services like BOPIS and Same Day Delivery, promote the Loyalty Rewards Program, and ensure excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to coach and develop team performance.
• Strong customer-focused communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance and store standards.
• Model customer experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Oversee POS, Self-Checkout, and omnichannel services.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards and protect assets.
• Oversee Knit & Sew Shop and Cut Bar operations.
• Support BOPIS and Same Day Delivery execution.
• Train and develop team through onboarding and ongoing coaching.
• Partner in asset protection to reduce shrink.
