Framebridge is seeking a Part-Time Keyholder for our Houston-area store. You will lead on the floor, welcome customers, share product knowledge, and support the Store Manager with daily operations.

You must be able to work evenings and weekends, be a strong communicator, and inspire the team to deliver Framebridge’s 100% happiness guarantee through exceptional service and a seamless retail experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as a key holder in a customer service, retail, or hospitality role.
• Excellent listening, oral, and communication skills.
• Interest in design and enthusiasm to work in a creative environment.

Responsibilities

• Set the standard of exceptional customer service in Framebridge retail stores.
• Support onboarding and training of retail team members.
• Execute and improve store operations to meet customer experience and financial goals.
