Job summary

Framebridge in Mt Pleasant, SC is seeking a Retail Part Time Keyholder to help uphold our high standards of customer service and product knowledge. You will represent the Framebridge brand in-store, assist customers, and support the team to meet daily goals.

This role requires a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, a friendly, outgoing attitude, and strong communication skills. Prior retail or hospitality experience is preferred, and a passion for design is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles in retail or hospitality.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to coach and guide retail team members.

Responsibilities

• Set the standard of exceptional customer service and represent Framebridge in-store.
• Support onboarding and training for new retail team members.
• Execute and improve store operations to meet customer experience and financial goals.
• Apply listening and communication skills to build relationships with customers and staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and design advice to customers and train others to do the same.
• Answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and use sound judgment.
• Suggest improvements to enhance our retail experience and brand.Help deliver on Framebridge’s 100% happiness guarantee.
• Maintain a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
