Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Retail Lead Associate (Reduced-Time) in Beverly Hills to be the face of Amazon and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a dynamic retail setting. The role features average weekly hours of 30–39 with benefits and requires open availability for varied shifts.

You will assist with customer service operations, guide floor activities, and support inventory processes while upholding the company culture of customer obsession, trust, and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail or customer-facing experience or 1+ years leadership or Amazon experience.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers using engagement strategies and model desired behavior.
• Utilize inventory systems to scan, process and count product.
• Provide peer-to-peer feedback and escalate issues to assist peers.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of customer experience and operations.
• Identify barriers and trends and support the manager in building a strong site culture.
• Maintain physical safety and quality standards with a manager.
• Work in a fast changing and ambiguous environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Lift up to 49 pounds, stand and walk for shifts up to 12 hours.
