Responsibilities

• Interact with customers using customer engagement strategies.
• Use inventory systems to scan, process, and count product.
• Provide peer feedback and escalate customer issues when needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of customer experience and operations.
• Identify barriers and trends affecting customer and associate experience.
