Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1+ years in retail or customer-facing roles, or 1+ years in floor leadership or Amazon (Blue Badge/FTE) experience.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers using engagement strategies and model desired behavior for the team.
• Utilize inventory systems to scan, process, and count product.
• Provide peer-to-peer feedback and escalate issues to help peers resolve customer problems.
• Contribute to best practices to improve customer experience and operations.
• Identify barriers and trends impacting customers and staff, support site culture.
• Maintain safety and quality standards with management, in a fast-changing environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned and work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Lift up to 49 pounds, stand and walk up to 12 hours, and climb stairs as needed.
