Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail or customer-facing experience, or 1+ years floor leadership or Amazon (Blue Badge/FTE) experience.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers using engagement strategies and model desired behavior for the team.
• Use inventory management systems to scan, process, and count products.
• Provide peer-to-peer feedback on processes and standards and assist peers with customer issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of customer experience and operations by developing best practices.
• Identify barriers and trends impacting customer and associate experience and support the manager in building a strong site culture.
• Maintain site safety and quality standards with a manager.
• Adapt to a fast-changing, ambiguous environment; perform additional duties as assigned.
• Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for shifts up to 12 hours, with stairs activity.
