Responsibilities

• Interact with customers using customer engagement strategies and model desired behavior for the team
• Use inventory systems to scan, process, and count product
• Provide peer feedback and escalate to help associates resolve customer issues
• Contribute to improving customer experience and operations by sharing best practices
• Identify barriers and trends affecting customer and associate experience; support manager in culture building
• Maintain site safety and quality standards with a manager
• Work in a fast changing and ambiguous environment
• Perform additional duties as assigned
• Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for shifts up to 12 hours
