Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 18 years or older.
• 1+ years retail or customer-facing experience, or leadership experience, or Amazon experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers using effective engagement strategies and model desired behavior.
• Scan, process, and count product using inventories systems.
• Provide peer-to-peer feedback and escalate issues to peers as needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the customer experience and operations.
• Support manager to maintain site safety and quality standards.
• Work in a fast-changing environment and handle flexible hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
