Job summary

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent diploma.
• 1+ years retail or customer-facing experience OR 1+ years floor leader or Amazon experience.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers by effectively using customer engagement strategies and model desired behavior for the rest of the team.
• Utilize inventory management systems to scan, process, and count product.
• Provide peer-to-peer feedback on processes and standards, serving as escalation point to assist peers in solving customer issues.
