Framebridge is seeking a part-time Retail Keyholder for our Southport location. You will uphold exceptional customer service, train and onboard team members, and drive store operations to deliver a premium Framebridge experience.

The role requires strong communication, adaptability, and a passion for design. You will engage customers with product knowledge and assist in achieving store goals while supporting a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

• Experience as a key holder in a customer service, retail, or hospitality role.
• Engaging personality with strong influence and relationship-building skills.
• Interest in design and excitement to work in a creative environment.

Responsibilities

• Set the standard of offering exceptional customer service and representing the Framebridge brand in our retail stores.
• Support onboarding and training great retail team members.
• Execute and improve retail operations to meet customer experience and financial goals.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and provide design advice to customers and train others.
