Framebridge in Palo Alto is seeking a part-time Retail Keyholder to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold Framebridge brand standards in-store. You will train team members, manage store operations, and support achieving financial goals while maintaining a welcoming shopping experience.

Ideal candidates have prior key holder or supervisory retail experience, strong interpersonal skills, a passion for design, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Key holder experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in design and working in a creative environment.
• Willingness to learn new tools, technology, products and processes.
• Ability to manage time and handle flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Set the standard of offering exceptional customer service and representing the Framebridge brand in our retail stores
• Support onboarding and training great retail team members
• Execute and improve operational activities in our retail stores to ensure customer experience and financial goals are met
• Apply listening, oral and communication skills to build relationships with customers and coach retail team members
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge and design advice to customers and train team members to do the same
• Answer questions and troubleshoot issues with sound judgment
• Offer suggestions to innovate and improve our retail experience
• Help Framebridge deliver on our 100% happiness guarantee
• Work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends that meet business needs
