Framebridge in Plano is seeking a part-time Retail Keyholder to uphold the Framebridge standard of service, represent our brand in-store, and help onboarding and training of new team members.

You will run store operations to hit customer experience goals and financial targets, while applying expert listening and communication to build relationships with customers and fellow staff, and share deep product knowledge with clients and teammates.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality roles.
• Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.
• Interest in design and a creative environment.
• Willingness to learn new tools, technology, products and processes.
• Strong time-management and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Set the standard of offering exceptional customer service and represent Framebridge in-store.
• Assist onboarding and training of retail team members.
• Execute and improve store operations to meet experience and financial goals.
• Use strong listening and communication to build relationships with customers and staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and design advice to customers and train staff.
• Answer questions and troubleshoot issues with sound judgment.
• Suggest improvements to enhance the retail experience.
