• Experience as a key holder in a customer service, retail, or hospitality role.
• Strong listening, oral and communication skills.
• Ability to train retail team members and coach others.
• Adaptable and able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Set the standard of offering exceptional customer service and represent Framebridge in retail stores.
• Support onboarding and training of retail team members.
• Execute and improve in-store operations to meet customer experience and financial goals.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and design advice to customers and train staff to do the same.
• Answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to a 100% happiness guarantee.
