Framebridge is seeking a Retail Part Time Keyholder in Venice, CA to uphold exceptional customer service and brand representation. You will support onboarding, train store teams, and drive store operations to meet customer experience and sales goals.

You will share product knowledge, assist with design advice, and help innovate the retail experience while maintaining a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience as a key holder in a customer service, retail, or hospitality role.
• Strong listening, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Interest in design and a creative environment, with quick learning of tools and processes.

Responsabilités

• Set the standard of exceptional customer service and represent Framebridge in retail stores.
• Support onboarding and training of retail team members.
• Execute and improve operational activities to meet customer experience and financial goals.
• Apply listening and communication skills to build relationships with customers and staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and design advice to customers and train others.
• Answer questions and troubleshoot issues with sound judgment.
• Offer suggestions to innovate and improve the retail experience.
