Framebridge is seeking a Retail Part Time Keyholder for our Atwater Village location. You will lead on the floor with a customer-first attitude, handling key-holding responsibilities and contributing to a high-quality in-store experience.

This role reports to the Store Manager and requires evenings and weekends. We value energy, leadership, and a customer-focused mindset as you help drive store performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience as a key holder in a customer service, retail, or hospitality role.
• Engaging personality with strong influence and relationship-building skills.
• Quick and eager learner of new tools, technology, products, and processes.
• Great time-management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Set the standard of offering exceptional customer service and representing the Framebridge brand on the retail floor.
• Support onboarding and training of retail team members.
• Execute and improve operational activities to meet customer experience and financial goals.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and offer design advice to customers and train teammates to do the same.
• Answer questions and troubleshoot issues with sound judgment.
• Help Framebridge deliver on the 100% happiness guarantee.
