Framebridge is seeking a part-time Retail Keyholder for our Williamsburg store. You will lead on the floor, deliver customer-first service, and hold key-holding responsibilities alongside the Store Manager. The role requires evenings and weekends and a passion for design.

Qualifications

• Experience as a key holder in a customer service, retail, or hospitality role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Interest in design and excitement to work in a creative environment.
• Able to quickly learn new tools, technology, products, and processes.

Responsabilités

• Set the standard of exceptional customer service and represent Framebridge in retail stores.
• Support onboarding and training of retail team members.
• Execute and improve operational activities to meet customer experience and financial goals.
• Apply listening, oral, and communication skills to build relationships with customers and coach team members.
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge and design advice to customers and train staff to do the same.
• Troubleshoot questions using sound judgement and offer suggestions to improve the retail experience.
• Help Framebridge deliver on the 100% happiness guarantee.
• Work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
