You will train and support store teams, manage operations, and maintain deep product knowledge in a creative environment.

The role requires flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, and offers a path within a dynamic retail setting that values craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience as a key holder in a customer service, retail, or hospitality role.
• Engaging personality with strong influence and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in design and excitement to work in a creative environment.
• Quick and eager learner of new tools, technology, products and processes.
• Strong time-management, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptability and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Degree in art, design, marketing or relevant fields preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set the standard of offering exceptional customer service and representing the Framebridge brand in our retail stores.
• Support onboarding and training of retail team members.
• Execute and improve operational activities in our retail stores to meet customer experience and financial goals.
• Apply excellent listening and communication skills to build relationships with customers and coach retail team members.
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge and design advice to customers and train team members accordingly.
• Answer questions and troubleshoot issues with sound judgment; offer suggestions to improve retail experience.
• Help Framebridge deliver on the 100% happiness guarantee.
• Maintain a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends to meet business needs.
