Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to provide hands-on support for restaurant operations. You will lead Team Members, ensure quality service, and uphold brand standards for timeliness and guest experience.

The role requires supervising service, training, cash handling, inventory management, and complying with safety and alcohol service regulations. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of restaurant supervisory experience preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program.
• Completes basic food handling training and any local/state mandated certification.
• Availablity to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Provides excellent Guest service and accurate cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Trains and coaches Team Members to serve food and drinks to guests.
• Interacts with Guests to create a friendly, upbeat atmosphere.
• Manages cash handling procedures per policy and brand.
• Oversees inventory, ordering and deliveries as needed.
• Enforces safety, health and alcohol service policies.
• Ensures adherence to dress code and company guidelines.
