Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to provide hands-on support for daily restaurant operations, train Team Members, and ensure service quality in line with brand standards.

You will supervise staff, handle cash procedures, oversee alcohol service, inventory, and deliveries, and ensure guest satisfaction through courteous, timely hospitality. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required; a safety-minded, team-oriented approach is essential to maintaining

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of restaurant supervisory experience preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program.
• Food handling certification or local/state requirements.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Fluent in English; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Trains and coaches Team Members to serve guests courteously and timely.
• Interacts verbally with Guests to create a friendly atmosphere.
• Completes assigned administrative functions.
• Ensures cash handling procedures follow policy.
• Manages service of alcohol per laws and regulations.
• Covers inventory, ordering and deliveries.
• Adheres to budgets and drives profits through cost control.
• Maintains safety and handles issues with urgency.
