Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant and are proficient in English, with Spanish language skills preferred. This role offers evening/weekend shifts and opportunities for growth within Cinemark's management ranks.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 1–2 years of restaurant supervisory experience preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program.
• Safe Alcohol Service training completed if handling alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Trains and coaches team members to serve guests in a courteous and timely manner.
• Ensures accurate cash handling and register procedures.
• Enforces brand standards and guest service quality.
• Schedules and oversees shift operations.
• Coordinates inventory and deliveries as needed.
