Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program courses.
• 1–2 years of restaurant supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to recruit, train and lead others; strong guest service focus.

Responsibilities

• Trains and coaches Team Members to serve guests in a courteous, timely manner.
• Interacts with Guests to create a friendly atmosphere and handle questions and concerns.
• Manages cash handling procedures and adherence to budgets.
• Ensures compliance with alcohol service laws and safety policies.
• Performs inventory, ordering, and receipt auditing as needed.
