Cinemark USA, Inc. is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations, lead Team Members, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will help with service, cash handling, and adherence to brand standards while promoting safety and efficiency.

The role requires 18+ years of age, 1–2 years in restaurant supervision, and flexible availability including nights and weekends. Training, benefits, and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of restaurant supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School or GED preferred; completion of basic courses within management program is a plus.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Trains and coaches Team Members to serve food and drinks courteously and promptly.
• Interacts with Guests to create a friendly, upbeat atmosphere and resolve issues.
• Completes assigned administrative tasks and cash handling procedures per policy.
• Manages alcohol service in compliance with state and federal laws.
• Performs inventory, ordering, and accepts deliveries; supports budget goals.
• Enforces dress code and safety protocols; reports issues to management.
