Responsibilities include orienting residents, ensuring compliance with residential agreements, and performing screenings. The role requires flexibility, weekend availability, and strong Microsoft Office skills to support program operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in human services or related field preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients; manage front desk hospitality and messaging.
• Assist with intake and exit processing, including paperwork and screenings.
• Distribute resources and monitor medication/substance compliance.
• Uphold safety and agency policies, conduct eligibility checks and documentation.
