Job summary

Maymont Homes is seeking a Residential Support Specialist (Part-Time) to help bridge construction completion and resident move-in. You will inspect vacant homes, handle light maintenance, and ensure readiness across multiple properties while communicating clearly with team members and residents.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, punctual inspections, and compliance with housing guidelines in a fast-paced field environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in property management, maintenance, construction, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vacant homes to ensure tour-ready and move-in readiness.
• Perform light cleaning and basic maintenance tasks (batteries, bulbs, air filters).
• Prepare homes for move-in: identify issues, remove signage, rekey locks, install lockboxes.
• Coordinate utility inspections and service transfers.
• Document inspections using mobile software and provide real-time updates to the team.
• Assist with compliance inspections and report code violations as needed.
