Maymont Homes is seeking a Make Ready Technician to prepare vacant homes for new residents. You will perform move-out inspections, document repair needs, and assist with punch walks to ensure homes meet Clean, Safe, and Functional standards.

The role requires basic repair skills, strong time management, and the ability to work independently on a daily workload to meet tight timelines. This remote-friendly position supports rapid turnarounds across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform move-out inspections and document repair needs.
• Install basic hardware, door stops, blinds, and detectors.
• Assist with punch walks and final readiness tasks for leasing.
• Record inspection findings and repairs in company systems with before/after photos.
• Balance speed and quality to meet turnaround timelines.
