Maymont Homes is hiring a Part-Time Residential Support Specialist to support market performance by inspecting vacant homes, coordinating repairs, and ensuring move-in readiness. The role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, field-based environment.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to document inspections, manage priorities, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Competenze

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum 2 years in property management, maintenance, construction, or related field.
Experience with property management systems preferred (MRI Software).
Strong communication and organizational skills; detail oriented.

Mansioni

Conduct regular inspections of vacant homes to ensure tour-ready and move-in readiness.
Perform light cleaning tasks to maintain standards.
Carry out basic maintenance like changing batteries, bulbs, air filters, and reprogramming garage remotes.
Prepare homes for move-in by identifying issues and securing property.
Coordinate utility inspections and ensure service transfers.
Address inspection findings for HOA, HUD, city, and codes.
Document inspections and provide real-time updates from the field.
Serve as first contact for unauthorized occupants or potential scams; coordinate next steps.
Maintain property standards and readiness across market.
