Maymont Homes seeks a part-time Residential Support Specialist to ensure field readiness, inspect homes, and coordinate move-in activities across multiple properties. You will perform inspections, light maintenance, and essential tasks to keep units ready for new residents.

You will communicate with teams, document findings, and help maintain compliance with regulations. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced field environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management, maintenance, construction, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use mobile inspection software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of vacant homes to ensure tour-ready and move-in ready.
• Perform light cleaning and basic maintenance tasks such as replacing batteries, bulbs, filters, and reprogramming remotes.
• Prepare homes for move-in by addressing issues, rekeying locks, and installing lockboxes; coordinate utility transfers.
• Communicate with cross-functional team and document inspections with real-time updates.
• Coordinate with local authorities for inspections and post notices; support compliance and risk management as needed.
