Maymont Homes in Charleston seeks a Part-Time Residential Support Specialist to inspect vacant homes, ensure tour-ready conditions, and perform light maintenance. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to document field updates and maintain high-quality property standards.

This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, field-based environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in property management, maintenance, construction, or related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to learn and utilize mobile property inspection software.

Responsabilités

• Conduct regular inspections of vacant homes to ensure properties are tour-ready and move-in ready.
• Perform light cleaning tasks and basic maintenance as needed.
• Prepare homes for move-in by identifying issues, rekeying locks, and installing lockboxes.
• Assist with utility inspections and ensure services are transferred or maintained.
• Verify and address HOA, HUD, city, and other inspections or code violations.
