Brookfield Properties’ Maymont Homes brand is seeking a Residential Support Specialist (Part-Time) to support inspections, maintenance, and readiness of multiple homes. The role emphasizes accuracy, communication, and timely coordination in a fast-paced field environment.

You will inspect, clean, and address issues to ensure move-in readiness while adhering to safety and regulatory standards, with travel between properties within the market.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management, maintenance, construction, or related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; effective written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn mobile inspection software.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct regular inspections of vacant homes to ensure tour-ready and move-in readiness.
• Perform light cleaning and basic maintenance tasks as needed.
• Prepare homes for move-in by addressing outstanding issues and securing access.
• Coordinate inspections and document findings with field team.
• Ensure compliance with fair housing and local regulations.
