Job summary

Maymont Homes is seeking a Residential Support Specialist (Part-Time) in Charleston to oversee field tasks that ensure homes are move-in ready. You will inspect properties, perform light maintenance, and coordinate utility transfers while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure high standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management, maintenance, construction, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to learn and use mobile property inspection software.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vacant homes for tour and move-in readiness.
• Perform light cleaning and basic maintenance tasks.
• Prepare homes for move-in by rekeying locks and installing lockboxes.
• Coordinate utility inspections and transfers.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams and document updates.
• Address HOA/HUD/municipal inspections or code violations.
