Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Part-Time Resident Relations Specialist in San Francisco. This role supports the General Manager and Resident Relations Lead by delivering responsive, five-star service to residents and guests in a luxury property setting.

You will handle concierge tasks, communications, and administrative duties while maintaining a professional, friendly demeanor and ensuring safety and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality/customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; friendly, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Identify and fulfill residents' needs with a five-star service mindset.
• Answer calls promptly and take messages accurately.
• Log and relay information in resident logs; manage package distribution.
• Monitor access points and report any suspicious activity.
• Coordinate with vendors and assist residents with move-in questions.
• Ensure visitors are registered and property rules are followed.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and assist with daily tasks.
