Job summary

U-Haul in Bloomington, IL is seeking a customer service associate to support calls with customers and assist field teams with equipment and reservation management. You will direct equipment flow based on demand to balance regional inventory and meet future demand.

Responsibilities include reviewing reports on reservations, contracts, and equipment placement, and assisting with the U-Box portable storage product while delivering excellent service to customers and dealerships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, Word and email.
• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking.
• U‑Haul will not hire or re-hire individuals who use nicotine products in applicable states, including Illinois is not listed among those states.
