Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a detail‑oriented staff member in Indianapolis to assist with customer calls and support field teams and dealerships with equipment and reservation management.

The role involves directing equipment to areas of demand, balancing regional inventories, reviewing operational reports, and supporting the U-Box portable storage product under the Traffic Control Manager’s guidance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word and email.
• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking.
• U‑Haul will not hire or re-hire individuals who use nicotine products in applicable states; Indiana is not listed among those states.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement.
