Job summary

U-Haul’s Auburn, Washington location is seeking a Customer Service Support Associate to assist with calls from and to customers, support field teammates and dealerships with equipment and reservation management, and route incoming equipment based on demand.

You will help balance inventory to meet future demand, review reports on equipment placement and contracts, and assist with the U-Box portable storage product. Strong communication and time-management skills are a must.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word and email.
• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking.
• Must not use nicotine products, consistent with applicable state law.
