Anders Talent Recruitment is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee HR operations for a distributed team of about 30 employees across the United States and Canada, with a remote and part-time arrangement.

You will manage the employee lifecycle, HRIS, benefits, compliance, and performance management, while partnering with the CEO and Directors to ensure strategic alignment and effective people programs.

Formación

• Minimum five years of experience in human resources or people operations.
• Experience with US and Canada employment legislation and compliance.
• Experience advising leadership and coaching managers on people topics.
• Knowledge of DEI, accessibility, and employee accommodations.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee HR operations, lifecycle, policies, records, and handbook.
• Manage HR systems, payroll, benefits, and compensation benchmarking.
• Advise managers on performance, employee relations, and development.
• Partner with leadership to align people initiatives with business goals.
