Job summary

EMPLOYERS, a 100% remote workplace and America's small business insurance specialist, seeks a Manager, Human Resources to lead HR Business Partners and the HR Operations Specialist. You will own employee relations, performance management, and policy execution while coaching a high-performing team across the organization.

Based in the United States, you will drive engagement, implement HR programs, and champion AI-enabled HR solutions to improve efficiency and decision-making.

Qualifications

• 10+ years HR experience including employee relations and performance management.
• 5+ years leading HR teams.
• Strong written and oral communication.
• Experience with investigations, leave, ADA accommodation, and workers' compensation oversight.
• Familiar with AI tools in day-to-day HR work.

Responsibilities

• Establishs deep understanding of the business to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Drives employee engagement strategies and fosters a respectful environment.
• Oversees HR policies, processes, and programs including performance management and headcount planning.
• Leads the organization through annual performance reviews and compensation planning.
• Ensures compliance with employment laws and regulations (ADA, FMLA, EEO).
