Here Now Health is seeking a People Operations & Recruiting Manager to help shape our HR infrastructure. This remote, part-time role partners with leadership to develop policies, coordinate payroll and benefits, and drive recruiting and onboarding across a multi-state workforce.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in human resources, people ops, or recruiting.
• Experience building HR policies, handbooks, and procedures.
• Hands-on payroll processing coordination and benefits
• Experience managing recruiting, screening, and offers.
• Proven onboarding and offboarding program design.
• Knowledge of federal/state employment regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain HR policies, handbooks, and processes.
• Oversee recruiting lifecycle from posting to offer.
• Own onboarding and offboarding programs for a multi-state workforce.
• Coordinate payroll, benefits, and HRIS administration.
• Manage IT equipment onboarding and vendor coordination.
• Handle basic invoice support and vendor communications.
• Improve HR workflows and employee experience.
