Job summary

Daktronics seeks a Part-Time Technical Support Technician for its Remote Technical Support team. Position offers work-from-home within the United States with a schedule of four 6-hour shifts, 9a–4p window, and one day off either Monday or Friday.

Qualifications

Associate degree in information systems, engineering technology, computer programming, or similar related fields.
Fluent in English, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer requests via calls, portal requests, and email with responsive service and first-time resolutions.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues with a logical approach and attention to detail.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve product issues.
Create and update knowledge base articles for internal and external use.
Capture detailed troubleshooting notes in Salesforce for all interactions.
