Job summary

Netfor is hiring a Part-time Support Desk Technical Representative to join our remote team. You will diagnose and resolve technical issues for business consumers using knowledge base articles and remote assistance tools, providing telephone and email support after training.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills, plus familiarity with Windows, printers, and basic networking. Remote work from home in one of 12 states is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical or customer service certification preferred.
• A+ or CompTIA or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve common desktop and printer issues using knowledge bases.

Responsibilities

• Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues for business users via knowledge base articles and remote support.
• Provide one-on-one customer problem resolution and support by phone and email.
• Assist clients with questions, troubleshooting steps, and guided solutions in a call center environment.
• Maintain professional communication and ensure high customer satisfaction.
