Job summary

Relocity, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Personal Host (Relocation Consultant). You will guide relocating employees through every relocation step, coordinating moves and handling logistics with a white-glove touch.

The role is 60-70% remote, with 30-40% in-person client support across the city. You will build relationships, advise on neighborhoods and services, and prepare tailored reports using Relocity’s software and GSuite.

Qualifications

• Must have the legal right to work in the united States.
• Must have at least 5 years of residency in Seattle (near Everett, Woodinville or Bothell preferred), with extensive knowledge of the local rental market.
• Must own a reliable, registered, and insured 4‑door vehicle with a valid driver’s license.
• Available to dedicate at least 20 hours per week to this role.
• Must be flexible to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with relocating employees and understand their needs throughout relocation.
• Provide expert guidance on neighborhoods, transport, and local culture.
• Conduct in‑depth housing and school research based on client preferences.
• Assist with essential services such as DMV, banking setup, and logistics.
• Curate personalized recommendations for social, cultural, and lifestyle activities.
