Qualifications

• Previous scheduling/staffing/recruiting experience in healthcare administration, customer service, or office coordination preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, emails, and texts from employees and clients.
• Coordinate and maintain schedules for RNs, LPNs, and CNAs for regular and on-call shifts.
• Assist with recruiting activities, candidate outreach, and interview coordination.
• Audit employee timesheets for accuracy and timely processing.
• Provide outstanding customer service to healthcare staff and clients.
• Communicate schedule changes, call-outs, and coverage needs.
• Maintain accurate employee and client records.
• Support daily office operations and administrative functions.
