Job summary

Step Ahead ABA is seeking an RBT to provide in-home therapy in Concord, NC, with Tue/Thu afternoon shifts. The role delivers direct therapy under a BCBA-written plan and partners with a dedicated care manager for family support.

You will engage with pre-teen clients, document data, and participate in supervision and training. The company offers flexible hours, a clear progression path, and a focus on compassionate, evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification with BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior ABA experience.
• Availability Tue/Thu afternoons.
• Comfort working in a family's home.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to stay active and engaged in session.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy per the treatment plan.
• Work with BCBA-assessed plans and family care manager support.
• Receive supervision, competency assessments, and feedback.
• Collect session data and submit notes; non-billable time is paid.
• BCBAs and clinical directors provide support.
