Job summary

Step Ahead ABA seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support in-home therapy in Kannapolis, NC, with a part-time schedule of about 8 hours per week in the 3:00pm–7:00pm window on two weekday afternoons.

You'll deliver direct therapy (97153) under a BCBA-created plan, track progress, and coordinate with the supervising BCBA and family care manager. A strong RBT commitment and reliable transportation help ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification with the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior ABA experience.
• Availability two weekday afternoons within 3:00pm-7:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy per the BCBA-written treatment plan.
• Record session notes and data for each session.
• Coordinate with the BCBA supervisor and family care manager.
• Attend required trainings and meetings; provide thoughtful feedback.
