Job summary

Step Ahead ABA is seeking an Registered Behavior Technician to work in-home in Winston-Salem, NC, performing direct therapy sessions Mon–Fri mornings. The role offers a flexible schedule with BCBA supervision and a clear pathway for career growth within our ABA program.

You will deliver services under a BCBA-approved treatment plan, collect data, and collaborate with families and care managers to support autistic children and teens across various settings.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or eligibility may be preferred for the role.
• Willingness to work Mon–Fri mornings in Winston-Salem, NC.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy per a BCBA-created treatment plan.
• Follow the plan and participate in supervision and feedback.
• Collect session data and submit notes; non-billable time is paid.
• Collaborate with BCBA and family care manager to support the client.
