Job summary

Step Ahead ABA is seeking an in-home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Statesville, NC to provide ~4 hours weekly of direct therapy after school hours. The role offers a consistent afternoon schedule, with a focus on delivering 97153 therapy under BCBA supervision.

You must hold an active RBT certification, have ABA experience, and be able to travel to client homes. The position emphasizes flexibility, reliability, and dedication to helping teens on the autism spectrum.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification with the BACB required.
• Prior ABA experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to clients’ homes.
• Availability two weekday afternoons within 4:00pm–6:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy per treatment plan written by the BCBA.
• Record session data and complete notes; non-billable time paid.
• Coordinate with BCBA and family care manager for support and supervision.
