Job summary

Step Ahead ABA in Salisbury, NC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-home, school, and community ABA therapy. The role targets teenagers and focuses on direct therapy sessions in the afternoon, Monday through Friday, on a part-time basis.

You will work under a BCBA, developing treatment plans, collecting data, and supporting families in their homes. Step Ahead ABA values compassionate, accessible, and evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification with the BACB.
• Prior ABA experience.
• Availability Mon–Fri afternoons.
• Comfort working in a family's home.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to stay active and engaged in session.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy to a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan written by the BCBA who assessed the client.
• BCBA is assigned before you start; you receive the plan and family support.
• Supervision is provided by the BCBA with competency assessments, observation, and constructive feedback.
• Collect session data and submit notes; non-billable time is paid.
• BCBAs and clinical directors are experienced and here to support you.
